Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting will include a report from the trustees, presentation of the annual accounts to December 2021, and the trustees’ plans for the future.

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 9th March at 7:45pm. Before the AGM we are also calling a Special Members Meeting to vote on some changes the trustees are proposing to the constitution – this will start at our normal time of 7:30pm.

These changes mostly relate to the number of trustees, quorums, and holding of virtual meetings. Full details of the changes and reasons for this are included in the Special Members Meeting Agenda.
